"I opened my deli and catering service in 1983 when I realized there wasn't a delicatessen and catering business under one roof at the south end of the island- and I've never looked back! I like to chat or meet with clients about their event, the type of menu they have in mind, learn more about their guests, discuss their budget, and make everything fun and easy! I attribute my longevity to the fact that I create individualized menus for families and corporate partners instead of having set menus. We also go above and beyond for all our clients in every aspect including planning and preparation, tastings, delivery, setup and display.
